There is still so much misinformation when it comes to hormone therapy for menopause.
Is hormone therapy for every woman? Of course not. My goal is to help provide the evidence-based information so that you can make an informed decision for YOU.
By the year 2025, the number of postmenopausal women is expected to rise to 1.1 billion worldwide. I am here to be a part of the solution and help women thrive through this time of their life. I believe your quality of life is extremely important and this is not a phase of life that you need to suffer through.
We see in research that when women are better informed and educated about the menopause process and what they can do about it, they actually have LESS physical symptoms. This means women have less hot flashes and night sweats, less sexual symptoms, and less psychological symptoms. It does make sense, right?
Answer this for me: If you could experience having a symptom-free menopause, and be able to feel informed and advocate for your health during a medical visit with your doctor, why wait another 1, 2, or 3 months to make it happen?
I want you to navigate menopause confidently. The menopause hormone therapy course is the course that equips you with invaluable insights for informed-decision making.
I answer a TON of your questions in this course, including:
- Am I too old to start hormone therapy?
- Does hormone therapy provide cardiovascular protection?
- Does hormone therapy help with joint pain?
- What is the research with colon cancer? What if I have polyps, can I still take it?
- What formulations are actually “bioidentical?”
- Can hormone therapy benefit my mood?
- What is my ACTUAL breast cancer risk?
- AND MORE!
There is a total of 2.5 hours of content.
I have a mission that menopause is going to be a stage of life that we start celebrating, that we have an abundance of practitioners that can help support women at midlife.
I became really passionate about menopause when I saw my own mom and aunt, who are literally my best friends, transition through this period of time with little to no conversations with their healthcare provider. Their symptoms wouldn’t be classified as “severe” but I just wondered why there wasn’t really a discussion about bone health, cardiovascular health, brain health, that prevention piece. All these things that we know really start to impact women during this time.
The best part if you ask me? As the course is updated (which it will, because as we all know, research is always updating) you get access to all the content. This means you have lifetime access to up-to-date, evidence-based menopause hormone therapy information.
The goal of this course is to empower you with the knowledge you need to transition through this period of time with ease. Menopause is a stage of life, it's not a disease. But that doesn't mean you have to suffer through this period.
What you will get:
- 2.5 hours of in-depth evidence-based, up-to-date information on menopause hormone therapy from a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. You can take this evidence-based information to your health care provider.
